Jeff Reid is the Chief Executive Officer and is accountable to the Board of Directors. He is responsible for day to day operations and for developing programs within the policies established by the Board.
Erica is responsible for much of the record keeping and answering member's questions on the distribution of stock seed and collection of fees. She also reconciles TUA fees on Roundup Ready® products. Erica is fully bilingual.
Brenda is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and the Farm Credit Canada/SeCan Finance Program. She also assists in Accounts Receivable and reporting of Round-Up Ready products.
Brad is responsible for working with SeCan members in Manitoba to increase sales of SeCan products. Brad provides technical support to members and co-ordinates local activities with SeCan’s national communications strategy.
Phil is responsible for working with SeCan members and retailers in eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes to increase the sales of SeCan products. Phil is fully bilingual.
Dorothy provides administrative support in the Ottawa office. She looks after the records of SeCan\'s varieties and supervises the purchasing of goods.
Lori provides support to the Marketing Representatives and is responsible for maintaining the SeCan membership list, sending out field signs, brochures and other promotional material.

Bruce supervises the distribution of stock seed, collection of fees, and enforcement of SeCan's intellectual property rights. He provides IT support for SeCan staff.
Jim is responsible for the evaluation and acquisition of new varieties for western Canada. He is also involved in establishing research agreements. Jim acts as SeCan's liaison with western Canadian plant breeding institutions.
Wes is responsible for working with SeCan members in Saskatchewan to increase sales of SeCan products. Wes provides technical support to members and co-ordinates local activities with SeCan’s national communications strategy.
Trent is responsible for working with SeCan members in Alberta and British Columbia to increase sales of SeCan products. Trent provides technical support to members and co-ordinates local activities with SeCan’s national communications strategy.

Todd is responsible for developing new business opportunities for SeCan’s members and industry partners. He also provides to support SeCan’s sales and marketing initiatives across the Prairie provinces .
