Rick is the president of Horizon Seeds Canada Inc. Located in Courtland, Ontario, Horizon grows and processes seed corn and seed soybeans for both the wholesale and retail markets. Horizon is proud to be a family-operated company for over 15 years, supplying a Canadian product with premium quality across the country.

Annie is the VP Sales and Marketing for Semican. 

Peter is the Assistant VP for Seed and Traits with Richardson International in Winnipeg. He is responsible for overall strategic direction for the seed business with a focus on canola, soybeans, corn, wheat, oats, barley, peas and forages, as well as inoculants and emerging biologicals. He is also involved in Richardson Farms at both Kelburn Farm (Manitoba) and Bennett Farm (Saskatchewan). 

Greg is a seed grower and cash crop farmer in the Guelph area - growing corn, wheat and soybeans in a no-till, minimum-till operation.  Greg operates Woodrill Ltd., a crop input and grain elevator business that supplies products, services and advice for the farming community of south central Ontario.

Marnie owns and operates JS Henry Seed in Oak River, MB – a seed processing/retailing facility, reception site for IP seed programs, and seed production contracting agent for various crops. JS Henry has been in seed production for over 70 years. Marnie returned to her 4^th generation family business 20 years ago after a short career in the ag chemical world.

Ward has  been a pedigreed seed grower for over 35 years and farms with his wife and daughters near Clive, Alberta.  Ward grows, processes, and retails seed as well as produces wholesale seed.  He has been  a director for the Alberta Seed Growers since 2010, serving as President in 2017 and 2018 and is the current past president of ASGA. 

Chair of the Board, Lyndon and his family have operated a progressive seed and commercial grain farm for over 30 years in north east Saskatchewan, specializing in cereals, food grade oats, canola, flax, peas, beans and forage seed. Seed Source Inc. processes seed for the retail and wholesale industry. Lyndon is an agriculture alumni from the University of Saskatchewan and has been involved with several community and provincial organizations.

Vice-chair of the board, Craig operates Riddell Seed Co. with his wife Colleen at Warren, MB producing pedigreed seed of a wide range of crops.  The farm grows and processes certified seed for the domestic retail market and also specializes in early generation seed increase for a number of domestic and international customers.
